Designing the perfect supply chain is the desire and dreams of many supply chain executives. With intense pressure to contribute to the corporation’s bottom line, supply chain transformation has become the chatter in many boardrooms.

World class supply chains require investment in human capital. Placement of the right talent and skill sets along with investment in processes, tools and infrastructure will ultimately lead to a successful and fruitful supply chain.
